When you visit Bohuslän and Fjällbacka, it is almost a must to also experience the Väderöarna. Together with us at Fjällbacka Archipelago Service you can experience a wonderful trip to the Väderöarna in Fjällbacka.
In the summer of 2026 we have daily tours between June 1 and August 31.
We depart from Fjällbacka at 9:30 AM and return from Väderöarna at 3:00 PM. In between, there is plenty of time to explore the Väderöarna on your own.
Prices summer 2026:
Price for adults is 500 SEK per person and children under 12 years old 350 SEK. We depart from the central pier in Fjällbacka, at Ingrid Bergmans torg.
We collaborate with Väderöarnas Värdshus and can offer a good price for lunch in their restaurant. Please state in the booking if and how many lunch packages you would like to book.

The Väderöarna Islands are a marine nature reserve. With hundreds of islets and islands, they form one of Sweden's most westerly archipelagos. From Fjällbacka, they are located about 13 km away when you take the boat route across the Väderöfjord.
The tour is partly over open sea, so it can be really windy at sea. So remember to bring suitable clothing for this, and don't forget the sun protection. And a likely reason why the archipelago got its name Väderöarna a long time ago, well, it could be because it has one of Sweden's windiest, but also warmest and sunniest climates.
